This company is outstanding. From the online experience to the completion of the repair was very impressive. I called at 1:30pm and Dillan Johnson was at my door by 3:50pm the same day. Upon arrival Dillan introduced him self with a handshake and explained he would look over the repair, provide an estimate and we would go from there. In my opinion the price was reasonable, at no time did he try to up sale me or try to sale me something I didn't need. Dillan made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing. He may have spent a total of an hour to do the work and he was thorough. When he presented the bill it was very clear and transparent and he covered every line item and it matched what he did. He took a moment to explain the appropriate counter ballance a garage door should have, the appropriate lubricant to use on a garage door and the warranty the company provides.
