In contrast, other service providers I contacted were unable to arrive until the following day or two days later. Matt’s exceptional service rendered him a valuable asset. This company is outstanding. From the online experience to the completion of the repair was very impressive. I called at 1:30pm and Dillan Johnson was at my door by 3:50pm the same day. Upon arrival Dillan introduced him self with a handshake and explained he would look over the repair, provide an estimate and we would go from there. In my opinion the price was reasonable, at no time did he try to up sale me or try to sale me something I didn't need. Dillan made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing. He may have spent a total of an hour to do the work and he was thorough. When he presented the bill it was very clear and transparent and he covered every line item and it matched what he did. He took a moment to explain the appropriate counter ballance a garage door should have, the appropriate lubricant to use on a garage door and the warranty the company provides. This company has the right people M&S has really changes my mind about looking for services online. Thanks!!

Matt provided excellent and speedy service. He listened to my description of the issues I was having with my garage door opener and within minutes of doing a visual assessment he diagnosed the problem. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was. He also made other recommendations that I could have fixed but advised me I could wait if I wanted. I decided to fix the immediate issue and wait on the other recommendations. He got straight to work and fixed the problem. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.
