My torsion spring broke on one of my garage doors. Couldn’t immediately find the remote for the other door and with the added security locks on my doors I literally couldn’t get into my house and my dog needed to go out. Of course this happened on a Saturday afternoon! M&S got Eric sent out quickly. Found my old remote just minutes before Eric arrived. He got a new spring in place in no time and everything is perfect! I called the bigger companies but no one responded. M&S came through when I needed help. Highly recommend them!!

This company is outstanding. From the online experience to the completion of the repair was very impressive. I called at 1:30pm and Dillan Johnson was at my door by 3:50pm the same day. Upon arrival Dillan introduced him self with a handshake and explained he would look over the repair, provide an estimate and we would go from there. In my opinion the price was reasonable, at no time did he try to up sale me or try to sale me something I didn't need. Dillan made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing. He may have spent a total of an hour to do the work and he was thorough. When he presented the bill it was very clear and transparent and he covered every line item and it matched what he did. He took a moment to explain the appropriate counter ballance a garage door should have, the appropriate lubricant to use on a garage door and the warranty the company provides. This company has the right people M&S has really changes my mind about looking for services online. Thanks!!
