Welcome to M&S Garage Door Services LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://www.msgaragedoors.com/ and our services, including garage door repair, installation, and maintenance.
By accessing or using our Website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
1. Services
We offer garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. The specific terms and conditions regarding the services will be outlined in a separate service agreement, which you must agree to before any service is provided.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, or debit/credit card. Any unpaid balance may result in additional fees, including but not limited to late fees or collection costs. 50% half down deposits are required for any and all door orders.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: You may cancel your service appointment at any point before the scheduled time without any charge.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any point before the scheduled time. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
4. Limited Warranty
M&S Garage Door Services provides the following limited warranties:

Parts Warranty: Five (5) years from the date of installation or service completion, covering only the specific replacement parts installed by the Company.
Labor Warranty: Ninety (90) days from the date of service completion, covering only the labor performed by the Company.

Exclusions & Limitations:
This limited warranty does not cover and will be deemed void in the event of:
Misuse or Neglect – Including but not limited to improper operation, failure to follow manufacturer recommendations, or lack of routine maintenance.
Unauthorized Work – Any repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by parties other than the Company.
Pre-Existing Conditions – Including but not limited to defects or damage to structural or load-bearing members, studs, electrical wiring, drywall, or other building components not directly serviced by the Company.
External Factors – Damage caused by weather events, acts of nature, accidents, vandalism, fire, flood, power surges, or other external circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
Unrelated Components – Any materials, parts, or systems not provided or installed by the Company.
Limit of Liability:
The Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement (at the Company’s discretion) of the defective part or re-performance of the labor originally provided. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to other property.
Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims must be made in writing within the applicable warranty period. Proof of purchase and service documentation may be required.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M&S Garage Door Services total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or relating to the services provided shall be strictly limited to the total amount actually paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, loss of data, or damage to other property, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this section shall limit liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of M&S Garage Door Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

8. Governing Law
