1. Services
We offer garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. The specific terms and conditions regarding the services will be outlined in a separate service agreement, which you must agree to before any service is provided.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, check, or debit/credit card. Any unpaid balance may result in additional fees, including but not limited to late fees or collection costs. 50% half down deposits are required for any and all door orders.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: You may cancel your service appointment at any point before the scheduled time without any charge.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any point before the scheduled time. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
4. Warranties
We provide a 5 year warranty on all parts and a 90-day warranty on labor provided. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or acts of nature.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services or website.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of M&S Garage Door Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
